A native of sunny Los Angeles, Jason braved the freezing Boston winters to attend Babson College due to its reputation in entrepreneurship. As a college junior, he co-founded Paragon Lake (now Gemvara), a venture-backed company which uses CAD technology to enable mass customization for fine jewelry. BusinessWeek named him one of the Top Five Entrepreneurs Under 25 and he is one of the Top 20 Entrepreneurs in their 20s according to Los Angeles Business Journal. When he has spare time, Jason paints with oils, and he thoroughly enjoys food–especially avocados. One of his goals in life is to open an avocado-themed restaurant.
